My approach to sculpture has slowly evolved. My older works have refined, often highly-polished surfaces. In my more recent works, I have placed a greater importance on the natural shape of the stone. In transforming the stone into a recognizable form, I let the stone dictate to me rather than the other way around. As in my past, I incorporate satire and humour into a number of my works.
